Bartool strictly follow the following inspection steps from IOQ, IPQC, OQC and Quality Assurance Procedure to supply qualified products to clients, as quality is the soul of a product.
A. Verify each lot of raw materials for type, color, thickness, finish, etc to meet specification.
B. Verify each lot of purchased components to meet specification. Inspect all exposed surfaces for appearance defects, such as: color variations; scratches, cracks, chips, or nicks; flash on corners, sharp edges, or sharp projections of any kind; stains; improper finish on surfaces; incomplete, smeared or mislocated printed artwork; dull or corroded finish on metal parts; bent, dented or twisted metal parts; etc to meet specification.
C. Verify RoHS compliance documentation is current for all raw materials and components to meet specification.
A. Surfaces and edges that contact any o-ring are to be deburred and checked for sharp edges.
B. For molded parts, raw material shall be thoroughly dried per supplier recommendations. Molding conditions (i.e., temperatures, pressures, times, etc.) shall be stable and remain within the limits specified by the material suppliers.
C. All fasteners and threaded connections shall be secured within torque range where specified. All fasteners shall bottom out against the appropriate surface.
D. Verify all parts and subassemblies are of high quality without flash, sharp edges, scratches, cracks, etc.
E. Verify all parts and subassemblies are clean and free from manufacturing contaminants.
A. 100% of kegs to be tested for leak proof of 10 seconds at 80psi.
B. 100% of safety valve assemblies to be tested.
C. 100% of spear valve assemblies to be tested to verify the flow to meet specification.
*End-of-Line / Outgoing Quality Control (OQC)
Inspect all exposed surfaces for appearance defects, such as: color variations; scratches, cracks, chips, or nicks; flash, sharp edges, or sharp projections of any kind; fingerprints, dirt, or foreign matter; stains; improper finish on surfaces; improper fit of mating parts; incomplete, smeared or mislocated printed artwork; dull or corroded finish on metal parts; bent, dented or twisted metal parts; etc.
Ensure all accessories, manuals, tags, etc. are included. The unit is to be packaged in accordance with the top level packaging drawing. Cartons are to be per print and verified against client-approved sample; inspect for appearance, correct colors, cleanliness, tears or rips, and correct and legible. Carton artwork shall align across opening panels. Bar code label shall be checked for location, readability, and correctness of the stamped date code.
